SIMO TCI Madrid 2003 Photos of the disappointing "Spanish CeBIT" November 9th 2003 |
|
No specific Sony Ericsson or Nokia stands, no P900, no T630, Z600 and T230 only in the Vodafone stand, no Z200 (just some faceplates...), most of the "new" accessories in glass cases, of course no prototypes and certainly almost anybody who knows about what he/she's talking about or about what you have asked for... The former exciting "CeBIT" in Madrid is morphing into a party for large families and people with nothing else to do than going in the search for free pens, helium balloons, useless propaganda and hostesses... Thank God you can find interesting people if you search a bit. In any way, it's always good to take some photos for the ones who haven't been able to go. Texts still to be translated, sorry |
![]() ![]() MS DUO 256mb for P800! Perhaps it's just they don't know to can't write up, but it's right there, in the text, and it's an official brochure! ![]() Bluetooth Kar Kit HCB-30 was a nice surprise. It doesn't need a big effort during the installation (Do It Yourself style)... ![]() ...really neat and tiny... ![]() ...don't need to take a close look to reckon the keys, you're almost done with your fingers. ![]() CSS-20, Usefull charger-dock-speakers all-in-one. |
![]() ![]() The answer: P800 recognizes the Bluetooth car... ![]() ...but unfortunatelly, as it happens with other SE "gizmos" we won't find the Accessories Menu of those cellphones without symbian, and it won't work ![]() This circuit was the one used in CeBIT, Hannover (notice the start/finish line in german) ![]() ![]() It was amazing how we can play with the gears, like in a real one, and it's really easy to drive![VER VIDEO] ![]() Like many stuff there...the new MCA-30 was locked in a glass case and NOBODY seemed to know where the key was... |
![]() Since SE guys want to sell even more P800s, it rules from abovee ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The module Flash MPF-10 together offers a very usefull menu with T610/T630/Z600, but it only works as continuous light source with P800/P900, which it's quite useful for video recording. |
![]() ![]() ![]() The new SE offers from Vodafone for Christmas ![]() ![]() ![]() T300 and T230 ![]() Although both cameras can use Memory Stick Duo, -the new digital camera Sony Cybershot U30 with an adapter and without it if we talk of the brand new U50-, those pics cannot be seen in a P800 because of the different systems of managing folders...(don't even try with FileManager or similars). We can work it out moving the pictures to the P800 folders in the same card with a PC. Booey, isn't it? |
![]() ![]() ![]() No Z200 around, no advertising, even the staff didn't know a word about it, but we saw Z200 covers all over the place... which doesn't make sense to me... ![]() ![]() The new Sony Cybershot U50 minicamera is better comparing to U20/U30 in the fact that it uses a DUO PRO-enabled Memory Stick DUO slot and a swiveling lens ![]() ![]() U50 can record almost 100 minutes with a 128 Mb card. ![]() |
![]() ![]() We don't know if the new HBH-65 offers any improvement other than design respect to the HBH-60 yet, sound quality for instance... (battery is the same) ![]() ![]() Somebody with a good overall picture told me that in the end, the main difference between HBH-6x and HBH-3x is that the tiny ones (60 and 65) are just like that, a good option if you need to wear them in the street, put it in your pocket... and the big ones, (30 and 35) are the best solution for indoor needs, where nobody cares if you look like Madonna and you pay attention to things like simply perfect sound quality. ![]() Right by the HBH-30 and the HBH-60 we can see the new BT Handsfree HBH-200, the intermediate option between Classic Style Handfree "earphones" and the new trend in Bluetooth ![]() They may be beatuful, but cellphones make them yawn (and bluetooth cars too |
