As in the J230, the striking fact of the new J220 low end phone is the addition of a Nokia-style single-icon inteface, as an option on top of the traditional 9-icon desktop. Besides that, it has the same features as the J230 (GSM Dual, GPRS 4+1, 128×128 pixel 65k color STN screen, 500kb internal memory, integrated handsfree speaker, 32-tone polyphonics, theme support and exchangeable faceplates (Smooth Black and Sky Blue), but without the FM Radio, which makes it weigh a couple grams less (82.5) but doesn’t do any improvement in the external size (102 x 44 x 18 mm). All in all, the girl in that official photo (see inside) looks thrilled by the Nokia menu, design, screen, price. Also check the official product page.
